EcoNugenics, Inc. announced that one of their flagship products, PectaSol® Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) will be discussed at the Pectins and Pectinases International Symposium in the Netherlands in April. Dr. Arland T. Hotchkiss, Jr., a leading Pectin Scientist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, will report on the nutrition and health application of pectin and will discuss MCP's benefits in his talk.
