From 1 April, people seeking non emergency treatment from the NHS in England will have the right to travel to any hospital in the country.

Chris Jones, Chief Executive of the MS Trust, said "The MS Trust believes that people with MS should have access to specialist services when they need them. We have campaigned for 'choice', but choice can only be exercised sensibly if you have access to the right information."...
