Have you been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in the last 12 months?

If so we'd like you to potentially take part in a study to ask you about your views and experiences of Type 2 diabetes. If selected, you will be reimbursed for your time and travel expenses.

We would like to involve those who:

- have a clear memory of how they felt at the time of diagnosis
- are happy to share their experiences with Diabetes UK
- are able to set aside a couple of hours to participate in the next few weeks
- live within the Greater London or South East area.

If you are interested in helping us and would like to find out more, please contact the User Involvement team on 020 7424 1000, or email user.involvement@diabetes.org.uk by the 3 July.
