UK dentists have a rare chance to benefit from the expertise of international aesthetics expert Dr Pascal Magne on 12 September. He is speaking at a British Dental Association seminar, Latest developments in aesthetic dentistry.
Dr Magne is a Tenured Associate Professor, and Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation Chair in Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He is also author of one of the leading titles in his area of expertise, Bonded Porcelain Restorations in the Anterior Dentition - A Biomimetic Approach, which has been translated into eight languages.
This full-day seminar will examine the latest concepts and techniques in dental aesthetics, looking at the diverse applications of bonded porcelain restorations. It will also focus on decision making in clinical situations, identifying scenarios where ultraconservative treatment techniques, combining bleaching and direct application of composite resins, are more appropriate than bonded restorations.
The seminar takes place at London's Hotel Russell on Friday 12 September. Attendees can claim six hours of verifiable CPD. For further details and bookings visit www.bda.org/events.
The British Dental Association (BDA) is the professional association for dentists in the UK. It represents over 23,000 dentists working in general practice, in community and hospital settings, in academia and research, and in the armed forces.
