Princess Royal - The New Royal Patron Of The Motor Neurone Disease Association

The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association is delighted to announce that HRH, The Princess Royal has accepted its invitation to become Royal Patron of the Association.

The Princess is also the President of The Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association, a separate charity which works closely with the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Commenting on the news, Chief Executive Kirstine Knox said: "We are very honoured that Princess Anne has graciously accepted our invitation to become our Royal Patron. Her support of our aims will help move us one step closer to realising our vision of a World free of MND."
