Advanced Medical Institute Inc. (OTCBB:AVMD)(AMI), a leading provider of treatment for Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation in Australia and New Zealand, will expand its operations into the United Kingdom on September 15, 2008, it was announced today by Dr. Jack Vaisman, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Founder and President of AVMD and its chief operating subsidiary, AMI Australia Holdings Pty Limited.

AMI will conduct its business in the United Kingdom through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AMI Clinic Limited (AVMD UK). AMI has also:

- opened its first two UK clinics in Central London and in Twickenham;
- entered into arrangements with twenty-two fully licensed UK doctors and 10 UK registered nurses to service its potential patients; and
- entered into a contracting arrangement with a fully licensed UK compounding pharmacy, to fill scripts (prescriptions) for AVMD UK's customers.

AVMD has also created an infomercial for use in the UK with production of the infomercial substantially complete and full payment for the production costs of the infomercial having been made.
