"What Do We Want Health Insurance To Be?" Kaiser Family Foundation: In the essay, Kaiser Family Foundation President and CEO Drew Altman argues that trends in the marketplace and differences in approaches to health reform warrant more public discussion and debate about the fundamental question: What should health insurance be? The essay draws on new data regarding the growth in high-deductible health plans from the 10th annual employer health benefits survey from Kaiser and the Health Research and Educational Trust.
