The NPPAC-2008 recognizes the many diverse and emerging issues involved with psoriasis raised by the Filipinos with Psoriasis around the Philippines. "Converging for Better Understanding" is the theme of the NPPAC-2008 and will include the following topics:
- Immunology of Psoriasis
- Differential Diagnosis of Psoriasis
- Nail Psoriasis
- Diet and Nutrition in Psoriasis
- Psoriasis Comorbidities: Diabetes Mellitus & Metabollic Syndrome
- Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis
- Psycho-immunology of Psoriasis
- Cardiovascular Risk: Myocardial Infarction
- Anti-Inflammatory Diet in Psoriasis
- Psoriasis and Uveitis
Many scientific, clinical and patient leaders from various parts of the Philippines will be attending the NPPAC-2008.
This Conference is made possible through the educational grants of Leo Pharma Philippines and Wyeth Philippines as this year's co-presentors of the NPPAC.
