Compliance for Life™ is going global. iReminder, LLC, announces that Compliance for Life now delivers dosing reminders anywhere in the world by phone and SMS text message, as well as email. Compliance for Life is a scalable, patient-centric system that reminds and motivates people to fill, refill and take their prescriptions, go to medical appointments and complete other medically-necessary tasks.

Worldwide clinical trial participants and international travelers have full access to Compliance for Life, including its personalization features, scheduling flexibility, two-way communications and personal healthcare networks. As in the U.S., international users reply whether or not they have taken their medication, and their progress can be monitored by family members, health coaches, medical providers or principal investigators.

"We are filling an unmet need for better medication therapy management by delivering dosing reminders to people around the world via all three contact methods - phone, SMS text messages and email," said Amy J. Yoffie, CEO of iReminder. "Users don't need any special equipment to receive or reply to reminders, which are delivered in the recipient's language. Letting users pick the language of their reminders is yet another unique personalization feature of Compliance for Life to motivate ongoing compliance anywhere in the world."

All core personalization features are available in any language, including reminders delivered in the voice of the person who sets them up, messages that can be as specific as needed for the person receiving them and a customizable delivery sequence that "finds" users even when their daily routines change. Messages can be recorded and delivered in any language.

Yoffie added: "Here in the U.S. health plans are adopting pay-for-performance (P4P) incentives, encouraging providers to improve Rx compliance with proactive medication therapy management (MTM). Value-based health plans are focusing on up-front spending that avoids long-term, higher costs. Compliance for Life helps patients better understand and comply with their medication regimens to prevent chronic conditions from escalating, improve their health and reduce costs across all healthcare sectors.

iReminder markets Compliance for Life to managed care organizations, pharmacy benefit managers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, pharmacy chains and companies with self-insured health benefits that in turn distribute it to their constituents. It also is marketed to companies conducting clinical trials and government agencies.

iReminder offers an SaaS (software as a service) model so that licensees can adopt Compliance for Life's patent-pending technology without burdening their IT departments. By using a proprietary VXML-based IVR system, Compliance for Life can send phone and text reminders through customers' trunk lines to take advantage of their low telecommunications fees. Licensees may private label the system. About iReminder, LLC

iReminder, LLC, a healthcare technology company, has developed Compliance for Life™ (CFL), a solution to the epidemic of medication non-adherence. This patient-centric system addresses key reasons for non-compliance: forgetfulness, changes in patients' daily routines and lack of ongoing support. Licensed to companies with rising healthcare costs and those losing revenue due to non-compliance, it achieves scalability through technology. CFL serves a huge, underserved market of busy, active people who take daily medications.
