ANNA's Research Committee has developed a series of learning modules designed to empower nephrology nurses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to employ evidence-based practice. The learning modules have been formatted both as independent studies (for participants to complete on their own for CNE credit) and as live repeat programs (for chapters or groups to present as live educational offerings).
Five learning modules are available: (1) Quick and Easy Access to Information - Evidence-Based Practice, (2) How to Do a Literature Review, (3) Evidence-Based Practice for Nephrology Nurses, (4) How to Turn a Problem into a Research Project, and (5) Qualitative Research: Methods and Evaluation. Each module offers 1.0 contact hours. The modules can be accessed on ANNA's Web site.
