Themed lecture session topics for this years' conference include:
- Novel therapies, formulations and animal models for respiratory disease
- The evolution of the interface between universities and industry: How academia contributes to the development of inhaled products
- Materials Science and Nanotechnology: Why polymer and particle properties matter so much - Quality by Design: Broadening the application and sharing the learnings
This year the conference will be supported by premier sponsors Pfizer, Novartis, 3M Drug Delivery Systems, Catalent Pharma Solutions and Bespak. As with previous years, the expected 400 plus delegates will have the opportunity to view leading edge technology poster presentations and review the latest technologies and services from over 30 exhibiting organisations.
Dr. Sandy Munro, Chairman of the DDL Committee commented: "The DDL conference continues to go from strength to strength. Attendance grows year on year and the scale and the eminence of the sponsors, exhibitors and delegates involved is a real testament to the quality of the programme, the excellent venue and value of the event to the inhaled product development community.
He continued, "Once again we predict another excellent conference programme, with topical lecture sessions hosted by, and featuring some of the industry's most eminent contributors."
A comprehensive lecture and speaker list will be confirmed and published online by the end of September.
