Tokyo (JCNN) - HuBit Genomix announced September 3 that it will introduce its proprietary single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis system LD Miner to the RIKEN SNP Research Center, one of the four research centers at the RIKEN Yokohama Insitute.

Co-developed with NTT Data, the LD Miner system can automatically screen SNPs, disease-related genes, using linkage disequilibrium information.

HuBit Genomix aims to further advance technology development in the bioinformatics arena.
