Inspiring fitness expert and star of the MS Trust exercise DVD, Move it for MS, Mr Motivator is returning to our television screens this January.
Mr Motivator is returning to help tackle Britain's growing obesity problem with the GMTV team.

Following filming of Move it for MS Mr Motivator said, "Working with people with MS has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Movement and exercise makes people feel good, valued and puts a smile on everyone's face."

Caroline Haynes, who took part in the DVD, said "Mr Motivator is great - he lives up to his name! There is something for everyone on the DVD and the exercises push you that bit further. It offers people with MS a fun way to take exercise at home and still get the benefit."

Despite his hectic work schedule, Mr Motivator has continued to work with the MS Trust in support of people with MS and we will be announcing our exciting 2009 activities soon, so watch this space!
