AACS continues its commitment to excellence, gathering speakers from each medical discipline to share their research in an effort to advance cosmetic surgery. Featured speakers include renowned facial plastic surgeon Robert L. Simons, MD of the United States, dermatologic surgeon Gerhard Sattler, MD from Germany, dermatologic surgeon Jeffrey Alan Klein, MD of the United States and plastic surgeon Guillermo Saul Blugerman, MD of Argentina.
In addition, AACS will address the economic impact on the cosmetic surgery industry. During this global downturn, it is important to recognize how cosmetic surgeons can better meet the needs of the diversified patients that we serve in every economic sector. Dana Fox, President of Strategic Edge Partners, will hold a practice management seminar to help cosmetic surgeons learn how to address these challenges.
New developments in each topic of cosmetic surgery will be presented including the growing trend of laser lipolysis, ethnic rhinoplasty techniques, fat grafting, breast implants and breast reduction.
