Administration Of Injectable Cosmetic Treatments - Update, UK
Main Category: Cosmetic Medicine / Plastic SurgeryArticle Date: 18 Mar 2009 - 2:00 PDT
In January 2009 the NMC published the above advice sheet to include the administration of injectable dermal fillers, however we have since found out that some of the information was potentially misleading.
Based on information received from experts in the field of aesthetic medicine there were possible inaccuracies in the information about the classification of injectable dermal fillers.
Whilst we investigate this the advice sheet has been removed and will be updated as soon as possible.
