Main Category: Pharmacy / PharmacistAlso Included In: Litigation / Medical Malpractice
Article Date: 08 Jun 2009 - 4:00 PDT
The decriminalisation of dispensing errors is an issue that has united the profession.
Pharmacy owners, large and small, have been part of the discourse and the consensus. This has been very apparent around the Board tables, and other forums where the matter has brought the profession together to discuss the issue.
NPA, CCA and AIMp members, who cover the entire spectrum of pharmacy owners, are in favour of a change to the law; indeed we believe the best chance of success in this just aim is through unity of purpose and collective action.
