This is a press release from the ProLife Party, UK -
Members of pro-life groups will gather in Parliament Square at 10am on Wednesday 27th October 2004 to mark the 37th anniversary of the Abortion Act which has resulted in the 'extermination of 6,474,446 lives'.
This is a Press Release from the ProLife Alliance
'Abortion statistics last year reached an all-time high and we are asking Mr Blair whether it is time to review the Abortion Act,' said Julia Millington of the ProLife Alliance. 'In recent months the nation has been horrified by reports which have highlighted the barbarism of abortion - the brutal extermination of a 7 month fetus with a cleft palate, babies who survive abortion being left to die and British women being sent to Spain for illegal abortions of babies up to 30 weeks gestation.
'Professor Stuart Campbell's beautiful images of the 12 week fetus 'walking in the womb' make it impossible for anybody to deny the humanity of the fetal child. The very hardline supporters of abortion - 'as early as possible and as late as necessary' - are becoming increasingly marginalised in their total disregard for the rights of the unborn child.
'Every day 600 lives are destroyed in the UK. We call on Parliament to review the brutal legislation which has resulted in human rights violations of genocidal proportions.'

The attached leaflet will be distributed in Parliament Square.
