10 Years Younger, the cult Channel 4 programme with viewing figures in excess of 10 million viewers, will launch it's first live event at Earls Court from 3rd - 5th July 09, bringing the cream of 'feel good' fashion, beauty and well-being brands to the UK's real women.

This 3-day interactive event will feature the 'Beauty Catwalk', with expert demonstrations and insider secrets from top hair and make-up stylists and a 'Fitness Forum', concentrating on building the body beautiful from the inside out with the very latest in exercise programmes, results orientated eating plans and general health issues. The Master-class Theatre will enlighten and inspire with 45-minute in-depth seminars on a range of topics ranging from Body Image and Self Esteem to the latest advances in Cosmetic Dentistry and Breast Cancer Care.
