A device which looks like a pair of sunglasses rests the body’s internal clock, researchers from Flinders University, Australia reported.

Re-Timerjet lag

The Re-Timer may even advance or delay teenagers’ sleeping patterns and get them out of bed in the mornings.

“Body clocks or circadian rhythms influence the timing of all our sleeping and waking patterns, alertness, performance levels and metabolism.”

  • Advance your body clock (to wake up earlier) – wear the device for three consecutive days, 50 minutes each day, after you wake up

  • Delay your body clock (to wake up later) – wear the device for three consecutive days for 50 minutes each time before going to bed.
