Medical News Today is collaborating (free of charge) with CP Associates on a survey which looks at work and wellbeing in large and small businesses and organisations. It is part of a postgraduate research project with the Manchester Business School.

What Kind of Questions Will I be Asked?
You will be asked about your Actual and Ideal job situation, and the type of organisation you work in. You will also be asked questions about your health.
Duration
The survey has 45 questions and takes 15 – 20 minutes to complete. Please make sure you have uninterrupted time so you can complete the questions in one sitting.
Confidentiality
The survey is completely confidential. You are not asked to give your name or any details that could be used to trace your identity.
