A McDonald's salad could contain more fat than a standard cheeseburger.
As McDonald's reacts to public criticism and offers 'healthy' options it has added salads to its menu.

If you want to stay trim or lose weight beware of their 'healthy' Caesar Salad with Chicken Premiere. The one they sell in the UK contains more fat than a standard cheeseburger.
That salad contains 18.4 grams of fat (20% of a man's and 26% of a woman's recommended daily amount). The standard cheeseburger, on the other hand, has only 11.5 grams of fat.
Salads are a great thing. However, you should be careful with the dressings you get in fast food centers. Many of them are laden with fats. If the fats are monounsaturated that is good, if they are saturated that is not so good.
