By featuring more than 165 scientific research sessions, 200 posters, and 400 instruction course hours for attendees, the Annual Meeting is a unique opportunity for journalists from the around the world to report on the latest scientific research and clinical advances in the field of otolaryngology.

Otolaryngologists are specialty physicians dedicated to diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. These include sinusitis, hearing loss, ear infections, voice disorders, vertigo and loss of balance, and sleep disorders. Additionally, there will be research findings regarding the efficacy of plastic surgery, as well as treatment for head and neck cancer, one of the most deadly manifestations of cancer.
