IBC announced that its second international Biology, Preclinical and Beyond in India and China conference will be held March 3-4, 2008 at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins in San Francisco, CA. This year's event includes 20 sessions focusing on how to accelerate R&D by implementing an India-China strategy in addition to case studies of experiences of those who have managed global projects and who have increased partnering opportunities with new deal & risk-share models.
