eCardio Diagnostics announced it will release several new exclusive product features and services at the Boston Atrial Fibrillation Symposium, an international meeting of cardiology specialists. The additions will further enhance the clinical utility and medical benefits of the company's cardiac diagnostic product line and service offering.

Among eCardio's new product releases is the addition of eTimer™ Automatic Data Capture feature to its leading-edge cardiac event monitor, the eTrigger™ AF 920. This allows for the capture and monitoring of ECG data at pre-defined and programmable intervals throughout the patient's cardiac monitoring protocol. The function expands the flexibility of eTrigger for its use in various patient therapy or clinical study applications such as treatment or device monitoring, post-ablation follow-up, drug titration, safety and efficacy assessments, and the documentation of normal cardiac function.

To complement eCardio's industry-recognized client and information services, the company is launching its eSignature™ Information Technology Services Program. As a highly-customized service offering, eCardio partners with clients to develop and implement unique and specialized medical and clinical data management packages to facilitate the work-flow, efficiency and operation of academic departments and cardiology practices.

Larry Lawson, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of eCardio Diagnostics, commented, "We are excited to release several new and exclusive diagnostic tools and services to further assist cardiology specialists in the diagnosis and management of their patients. At eCardio, we pride ourselves in creating solutions to meet our clinicians' ever-expanding clinical and data management requirements. We feel we're clearly on the forefront in these critical areas and look forward to introducing our new developments."
