My wife is type 1 diabetic for the last 20 years. Recently Dr. Venkatrajaiah, MD.Gen.Med., had prescribed this tab: Voglibose to my wife. Its pharmacological action on her is very good. Know her diabetic is fully controlled. As she is taking this medicine along with Human mixtard insulin.

Please advise how many minutes before a meal, this drug should be consumed by self already on Gemer forte 1(a known case of D M type 2,CABG done in Dec.,2010 for TVD CAD....on mgt with monotrate, deplet, metolarxr&SELOKEN,shelcal-250, zevit

Now presently on insugen 30/70 25 units at morning and 15 units at night with which is not controling the sugar (370)postprandial hyperglycemia. can you suggest please that how much dose is required to control the same.
