XenaCare Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: XCHO) announced, after an 8-month development program, the official launch of their new product called the SunPill®.

The SunPill® is a dietary supplement that helps the skin protect itself from the harmful rays of the sun. It contains scientifically researched ingredients.

The SunPill® is a proprietary combination of ingredients with powerful antioxidant properties that help the body's own natural defense when it comes to exposure to the sun. XenaCare Holdings has been in the nutrition industry for the past four years and is known for its Body Replenishment nutrition line that is primarily sold to physicians and marketed on the web.

XenaCare obtained the exclusive rights to the SunPill ® name and concept from Pure Laboratories, LLC. With additional research and marketing provided by XenaCare, the SunPill® became a viable product.

Rich Hunsaker, General Manager Sales for XenaCare stated, "We have presented the SunPill® to major retailers and their enthusiasm for the product was overwhelming. We expect to have the SunPill® in the stores by June 2008, with a further distribution in the fourth quarter 2008, and in the second quarter 2009."

The SunPill's marketing effort will include retail distribution through a national 60-second direct response (Infomercial) TV campaign and an advertorial print campaign in major women's magazines. The unique properties of the SunPill® product allow it to be used by individuals for shorter periods of sun exposure, like walkers, golfers, tennis players or simply going shopping.

XenaCare recommends that the SunPill® users also apply a topical with an SPF 15 or higher just for added protection especially during prolonged periods in the sun. The SunPill® will be available in major retailers early to mid-summer 2008 and will be found in the nutrition section or in the sun care aisle; it will also be available online through retailers like http://www.Amazon.com, http://www.CVS.com and http://www.Drug Store.com.
