InTouch, the NPA members' magazine, looks at contractual money matters in its issue for May.

After a visit by representatives from the Ulster Chemists' Association and its magazine, Pharmacy in Focus, the main feature takes some members' perspectives of the contract in Englandfor the benefit of NI members.

Contractors in England have seen their income reduced as a result of the latest Category M clawbacks. The new White Paper 'Pharmacy in England' has focussed on the service delivery elements of the contractual framework, so one way to increase income will be through the delivery of services including MUR and enhanced services but a Local Pharmaceutical Service contract is an option that could be worth exploring - InBusiness makes the case for it.
