The Muscular Help Foundation (MHF) is looking for Muscle Dream nominations from within the Hammersmith & Fulham areas in London. The reason being simply that an organisation within this immediate geographical location wishes to fund one 'local' Muscle Dream experience.
Through this tailored initiative, the goal is to deliver a fantastic, and above all, memorable experiences, enabling a child or young person with muscular dystrophy (in the UK) live a dream or fulfill a cherished ambition that perhaps a family simply cannot afford, whether it for example be meeting a famous TV celebrity chef, enjoying the school run of a lifetime or driving with The Stig!
In understanding the issues faced by those with muscular dystrophy and through the support of their partner network, the Muscular Help Foundation (MHF) communicate with parents and/or guardians in assessing, planning, funding, organising and delivering each Muscle Dream, taking great care of every detail, ensuring ultimately that the experience (be it recreational, educational or inspirational) is fulfilled to the best of their ability.
To nominate a child or young person in the Hammersmith & Fulham areas or indeed for any other Muscle Dream that you may have, please send:
- an email with the name of the Muscle Dream beneficiary
- parent and/or guardian contact details
- a summary of no more than 100 words [to be entered into the Enquiry* field] outlining the Muscle Dream details using the nomination form at http://www.musclehelp.com
As Muscle Dreams can cost anywhere between £250 to £5,000, the charity is unable to fund every nomination received; all Muscle Dream nominations will however be acknowledged by the charity.
