GTCbio just announced the scheduling of one of the largest industry conferences taking place on October 15-17, 2008 in San Diego, CA. The 4th Modern Drug Discovery & Development features six full conferences, three symposia, six stand-alone sessions, and a plenary keynote session presenting some of the leaders in the field.
Now in its fourth year, the summit will once again provide a landscape and in-depth industry analysis streaming through different therapeutic and target areas, examining the current advancements and addressing the question that's on everyone's mind - where is the industry headed next?
The Summit's six individual tracks will focus on biological therapeutics, translational medicine, drug design & lead discovery, emerging targets & therapeutics, pharmacokinetics & pharmacodynamics, and partnering, licensing & outsourcing. The three symposia taking place the first morning of the summit will feature presentations on stem cells as tools for drug discovery, imaging technologies, and regulatory updates in the industry.
