The American Medical Student Association (AMSA), the nation's oldest and largest, independent association for physicians-in-training, announces its partnership with the Massachusetts Medical Society, owner and publisher of the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM). Beginning today, AMSA student members will be eligible for a $52.00 annual subscription to the journal including online access to NEJM.org.

NEJM is where students and physicians go for weekly medical research findings, review articles and editorial opinion on a wide variety of topics of importance to biomedical science and clinical practice. It is the most cited, influential and widely-read peer-reviewed general medical journal in the world.

"By offering our members a discount on this prestigious journal, we are opening up doors to the best medical research available," says Dr. Brian Hurley, AMSA's national president.
