New and updated data, Statehealthfacts.org: Statehealthfacts.org recently added new and updated data on health coverage and the uninsured. The update includes 2007 health coverage data for key populations in all states -- including the nonelderly, adults, children, men and women, and low-income people. Information on individuals with employer-sponsored insurance, Medicaid and the uninsured also has been updated. Statehealthfacts.org also added data on coverage trends from 2004 to 2007, based on an analysis of the latest Current Population Survey data for nonelderly, adults and children. The percentage point change for all coverage types among the groups also is available by state and for the U.S. (Kaiser Family Foundation release, 9/25).
