The proposed NHS Constitution will affect all of us and it is vital that people living with diabetes have their say. The Constitution will shape the future of the NHS and we need you to get involved.

Workshop for people affected by diabetes

8 October in London


The workshop will give you the chance to tell the Department of Health what you think. It is open to people with diabetes, parents and carers. Lunch will be provided and all standard travel expenses will be reimbursed.

You will need to commit to reading the draft NHS Constitution document prior to attending the workshop. We will provide you with a copy.

More information about the proposed NHS Constitution

The proposed NHS Constitution establishes the principles and values of the NHS in England. It sets out commitments to patients, public and staff in the form of rights to which they are entitled, along with pledges which the NHS will strive to deliver.

All NHS bodies and private and third sector providers supplying NHS services will be required by law to take account of this Constitution in their decisions and actions.
