In the next several weeks the annual influenza season in the northern hemisphere will begin.

In anticipation of this, Dr Keiji Fukuda, Head of WHO's Global Influenza Programme, will brief journalists in a Virtual Press Conference on what can and cannot be said about the upcoming influenza season, including vaccine composition, vaccine distribution and predictions about the possible severity of the influenza season.
