Premier international meeting highlights breakthrough research in understanding genetic and socioeconomic differences, Carefree, AZ February 3-6, 2009

What:

Although racial and ethnic differences in treatment and outcomes among cancer patients are well known, little is understood about the underlying causes and what can be done to solve a seemingly intractable problem. The American Association for Cancer Research is hosting a collaboration of scientists who are working to understand what can be done to address this situation.

To help you take advantage of the meeting's scientific abstracts and related activities, the program schedule is available online at http://www.aacr.org/.

More than 200 abstracts will be presented at the meeting, complementing an outstanding program of scientific and educational events.
