The RSPH is holding a one day course providing essential guidance on the nutritional needs of older people. Using informal teaching sessions, the course includes advice on nutritional assessment, catering, practical cooking demonstrations and menu planning.

'Eating for Health in Care Homes' is designed for care home owners/ managers, care staff, chefs and cooks. It will also be a useful refresher for catering managers. Three Central London course dates in 2009 are offered - March 20th, June 26th and November 20th.
