Live Q&A Webcast With Global Fund Head Michel Kazatchkine, Kaiser Family Foundation: The Kaiser Family Foundation's webcast series "U.S. Global Health Policy: In Focus" on Tuesday featured a live question-and-answer segment with Kazatchkine, executive director of the Global Fund To Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Kazatchkine discussed the future of the U.S government's role and involvement in the Global Fund with Kaiser Family Foundation Vice President Jen Kates. The segment addressed how U.S. funding of the organization could change under President Obama and the new Congress; how the U.S. role is balanced with other donors; and the Global Fund's accomplishments and disappointments.
