Bio-Optronics, Inc. will enhance its Clinical Conductor(TM) Clinical Trial Management System with click-through integration to Interspond's RxPaying(TM) debit card solution. This offers a patient stipend payment alternative which improves efficiency and increases patient satisfaction. Clinical Conductor(TM) CTMS provides natural points in clinical trial workflow into which best-in-class tools and expertise can be integrated seamlessly. Dan Kerpelman, President and CEO states, "We are pleased to be integrating RxPaying(TM) debit cards as an efficient alternative to the patient stipend payment process and will continue to leverage Clinical Conductor(TM) as the entry point for seamless integration to tools that optimize efficiency, productivity, and improve collaboration across the clinical environment."
Clinical Conductor(TM) CTMS, proven to improve site efficiency and productivity, handles the complete enterprise workflow, from business development, to patient databases, recruitment, scheduling, workload planning, finances, and complete oversight and reporting, and provides an innovative Electronic Data Capture option. The academic medical center clinical trial management system solution adds research administration capabilities and custom interfaces to hospital enterprise systems.
The Rx Paying(TM) Debit Card helps ensure higher patient participation and retention by providing immediate access to their funds, which can be used to purchase items, request cash back from a purchase or get cash from an ATM. It centralizes the process of patient reimbursement for clinical studies as a whole. "Integrating RxPaying(TM) with Clinical Conductor(TM), one of the leading CTMS in the industry, is a natural fit and we are excited about our partnership. While both products are excellent stand-alone systems, the integration creates a more dynamic product by eliminating redundancy and streamlining the reimbursement process," according to Kathy S.
