NPA Call For Triennial Election Nominations

The nomination forms for the National Pharmacy Association's Board of Management Triennial Election, serving the period 2010 to 2013, will be posted to members before the end of January 2010. The deadline for nominations is Friday 22 February 2010.

All full NPA members are eligible to stand for the 2010-2013 Triennial Election as are all current members of the NPA Board wishing to re-stand. The term of office for the present NPA Board of Management expires on 31 March 2010.

The election, which is administered and independently scrutinised by the Electoral Reform Society, is conducted on a regional basis, one member being elected for each area with the exception of Wales and Scotland, where there are two members.

The timetable for the Triennial Election is as follows:

Nomination forms posted - 29 January 2010
Deadline for nominations to be received - 22 February 2010
Voting papers posted - 15 March 2010
Vote closes - 6 April 2010
Election result declared - 8 April 2010
