Brown Rice Helps Lessen After-meal Hyperlipidemia - FANCL, Toho University Confirm

Tokyo (JCNN) - FANCL announced the results of its latest research on germinated brown rice that it conducted with Toho University.
FANCL has confirmed that intake of germinated brown rice can inhibit the elevation in neutral fat after a meal. Further, they have concluded that a regular intake of germinated brown rice may lessen postprandial hyperlipidemia.
Detailed research results were presented at the 39th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Adult Diseases on January 9.
Currently, FANCL is marketing germinated brown rice under the trade name hatsugagenmai.
