Diabetes UK has launched an electronic survey to help improve the information provided to our supporters online. With more ways to reach people via the internet, we want to make sure that it is not only our main website that offers the best service, but also the other sites we use to provide help, support and information.

Social media is proving a very successful way for Diabetes UK to share information with their supporters and the public. Using sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr has let us interact with supporters in new and exciting ways, helping us spread our messages more easily, and enabling people to get in touch with us more easily.

Giving you what you want

"The way people look for information online now is not the same as it was even 12 months ago - so it's important that we make sure people can find our information in as many places as possible," said Joe Freeman, Digital Community Executive at Diabetes UK.

"Our Facebook page for example has proven massively successful. Over 16,000 people now 'like' our page and we want to make sure that they, along with everyone else who accesses our information online, are getting the right information in the right way."

"By analysing the results of this survey, we will be able to find out why people visit our site, how they find our information online, and what they want us to talk about. It really will help us improve the services that we provide," he added.

Take the survey

Please take our digital survey today. The survey will be up and running until the end of July, and the results will be shared through this site and across our social media networks.
