The National Service Framework for Long Term Conditions will be launched by Community Minister Stephen Ladyman at a press briefing at 9.30am on Thursday 10th March at Department of Health, Richmond House.
The new NSF will transform care for millions of people living with a long term neurological condition and change the way health and social care services support them.
On the panel will be: Stephen Ladyman and Diana Whitworth, Chair of the NSF External Reference Group and former Chief Executive of Carers UK. Kathryn Hudson (National Director for Social Care), Ian Philp (National Clinical Director for Older People's Health), Beverley Hopcutt (Clinical Advisor to NSF team) and Professor Lynne Turner-Stokes (Deputy Chair of the ERG and Chair of Rehabilitation at Kings College, London) will be available to take questions.
