The fact sheets provide details about the program, new drug benefit, financing and private plans' role (Kaiser Family Foundation release, 5/4).
Policy Briefs on Medicaid Eligibility, HHS Office of Disability, Aging and Long-Term Care Policy: Five new policy briefs prepared by Medstat examine issues related to Medicaid, including long-term care, estate recovery, spouses of beneficiaries who are receiving long-term care, liens and Massachusetts' Medicaid estate recovery program.
