Conference organizer ExL Pharma is proud to bring the Sunshine & Aggregate Spend Boot Camp to Philadelphia 4-5 December 2012.

With the new federal tracking regulations in effect and reporting to start next year, it is crucial for companies to really get on board and ensure they are in full compliance with the guidance. We received 100% positive feedback at our recent 3rd Reporting Aggregate Spend & Sunshine Act Compliance Conference in Philadelphia to produce a Boot Camp and we've developed an engaging, highly interactive, and educational forum where attendees can learn practical approaches and solutions to the issues that keep us up at night!

The goal of this Boot Camp is to educate and help prepare pharmaceutical and medical device companies for complying with aggregate spend reporting under the new federal requirements. Not only will this intensive, hands-on seminar bring awareness to the various provisions within the federal requirements, our goal is to also shine a light on the immediate effects they will have within the industry and also on the physicians with whom they work.

Although the industry has known that mandatory transparency was coming, many medical device companies and smaller pharmaceutical companies have done little to prepare. This Boot Camp will focus on preparing these companies for 2013 by providing practical approaches and useful tools based on their specific issues and challenges; it will be a MUST ATTEND for these organizations.
