Q1 Productions to Host 4th Annual Pharmaceutical Sales Training and Development Conference this March

Crafting Global Learning Plans and Engaging Tenured Sales Representatives Among Newly Added Session Topics

For the fourth consecutive year, Q1 Productions will host the annual Pharmaceutical Sales Training and Development Conference March 24-25 in Atlanta, fulfilling the marketplace demand for a more intimate and interactive, solution-generating meeting for sales training and development professionals.

By popular request, this year's conference will offer longer sessions with ample opportunity for Q&A, peer-to-peer breakout sessions, and highly specialized presentations on social media use, changing marketplace dynamics, and leveraging new technologies to enhance sales efforts. A plethora of industry experts are scheduled to lead sessions and participate in panel discussions, including Cecil Johnson of Johnson & Johnson, Susan Velani of Genentech, and Frank Vitiello of Bristol-Myers Squibb.

"As sales professionals, we are obligated to build our skill sets and stay current on trends," said Vitiello. "Sales Training is that connection to the field in developing and motivating the sales force to be the best they can be in all competencies, and I am looking forward to hearing the best practices from leaders in sales training at this year's conference."

Attendees can expect an exclusive meeting specific to sales trainers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sales industries, allowing for interactive discussion and brainstorming, as well as specialized learning opportunities focusing on the concerns and challenges within the space.
