Are You Looking to Find Out More Regarding Antibody Engineering or Antibody Drug Conjugates?

Have you had prior experience of working within the antibodies or biotherapeutics areas, but want to find out more regarding antibody engineering? Perhaps you have experience of antibody engineering and development, but want to increase your knowledge in antibody drug conjugates, be it their design, development, challenges and regulatory expectations? If so, Oxford Global Training's upcoming Antibody Series Seminars might be of interest.

Antibody Engineering Seminar, 2nd October 2014, London, UK

Led by Alexey Lugovskoy from Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, the Antibody Engineering Training Seminar will provide a thorough introduction to the antibody engineering field, from examining antibody structure, function and diversity to investigating various discovery and display technologies. Additionally, the seminar will cover the design and modification of optimal antibody molecules, before concluding by discussing antibody effector function modulation.

Following glowing feedback from last year's event, Oxford Global Training are delighted to announce the return of Alexey Lugovskoy to lead this Seminar for the second year running. Having previously worked as Associate Director at Biogen IDEC, where he led the Physical Biochemistry group that provided protein design, computational chemistry, structural biology, molecular biophysics and research assays support to Drug Discovery efforts, Alexey now works at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Vice President of Therapeutic Design and MM-141 Project Leader. In this role, Alexey is responsible for therapeutic design strategy for discovery and optimisation of properties of antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and antibody-like molecule drug candidates.

Antibody Drug Conjugates Seminar, 6th October 2014, Oxford, UK

Led by Rajesh Krishnamurthy from 3I Diagnostics, the Antibody Drug Conjugates Seminar will introduce participants to this popular field by looking at ADC lifecycle from discovery and design through to preparation for market. The seminar will focus on areas such as function, mechanism of production and optimal design strategies before concluding by examining the ADC supply chain and regulatory pathways. Having worked as Senior Director of Analytical and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Immunogen, Associate Director at Human Genome Sciences and Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Zyngenia, which saw Rajesh oversee the development of novel multi-specific antibodies, the establishment and management of production and characterisation, and supporting discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical efforts, as well as assisting in writing CMC sections of regulatory documents, his most recent role is as the founder of 3I Diagnostics. Having received brilliant feedback as last year's trainer, Oxford Global Training are delighted to be welcoming Rajesh back for the second year running.

One of the great benefits of an Oxford Global Training seminar is the pre-event questionnaire. We ask all attendees to fill this in before the seminar and the trainer will then review these and tailor the seminar to address your individual learning objectives, needs, concerns and queries about either

Antibody Engineering or Antibody Drug Conjugates. The number of attendees is set at a maximum of 15 to ensure that the day is interactive between you and the trainer and other attendees, and allows open discussion opportunities and practical advice from the trainer and guest speaker who work within this field. With three quarters of spaces now taken, only a limited number of places remain.

The number of attendees for each seminar is set at a maximum of 15, ensuring that the day is interactive between the trainer and attendees, and allowing open discussion opportunities and practical advice from the trainer and guest speaker.

The standard rate to attend each seminar is £699 +VAT. Included in your package will be:

  • Full access to the selected training seminar
  • Meal and refreshments
  • All seminar material
  • Pre-event questionnaires
  • Limited discounted places are available. For further information please contact Steph Punfield on s.punfield@oxfordglobal.co.uk or call +44 (0)1865 248455.
