Jordan Dolin, CEO of Rightfield Solutions, developer of a Web-based patient education tool, says getting "real" and getting breast implants may not seem to go together, but they do.

According to Dolin, women today often have unrealistic expectations about what to expect before, during and after breast implants. He says they focus mainly on how they'll look afterward and don't understand the risks:

"Surgeons today are taking new steps to ensure that patients fully understand what to expect from breast augmentation procedures by turning to a new generation of compelling Web-based patient education programs."
