The first international joint transplant conference, the World Transplant Congress 2006 (WTC), is just over a week away - from July 22-27, 2006 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA. The meeting will reveal new discoveries, science and clinical data throughout the conference and notably, on Monday, July 24th at 9:15 a.m., there will be a special "What's Hot; What's New" presentation. This special session highlights critical worldwide research and discoveries in the field of transplantation medicine.

The American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS), the American Society of Transplantation (AST), and The Transplantation Society (TTS) sponsor WTC 2006. The meeting provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, research, and discussion on the most timely and important issues in the field of transplant medicine. The World Transplant Congress has received a record number of submitted abstracts and anticipates one of the most highly attended transplant meeting in history.
