Pharmacy Now, E-Newsletter, Now Targets Members In England

The first edition of Pharmacy Now, a new e-newsletter targeted at Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain members in England, has been published on the Society's website.

Pharmacy Now will bring news and views from the Society in an easy to read format designed to appeal to busy pharmacists and will complement the existing Society publications produced for pharmacy audiences in Scotland and Wales.

Council Member Graham Phillips, chairman of the Society's public affairs planning group says: "The Society continues to explore ways in which it can improve communications with the membership. We understand that busy pharmacists do not always have the time to sit down and read the traditional pharmacy publications. Pharmacy Now is a modern and vibrant e-publication that will update readers on the broad range of work that the Society undertakes on behalf of the pharmacy profession, and we will be "celebrating successes" along the way. Importantly, being an electronic publication, Pharmacy Now can link readers to online information and resources in a fast and effective and easily accessible way."
