American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) has named Select Rehabilitation, a privately held regional therapy provider renowned for its high customer satisfaction, as a recommended partner for its member facilities. Through the terms of the agreement, AAHSA non-profit members will experience substantial savings when they select to contract with Select Rehabilitation versus contracting with a provider on their own. While many other group purchasing organizations require their members to pay substantial enrollment fees, this arrangement allows AAHSA members to participate in this program at no additional cost. The arrangement offers AAHSA members that enroll in the program the choice to partner on a national level or at a local level. Either way, AAHSA members will see significant savings.
"Select Rehabilitation is a perfect fit for our membership base because Select shares many of their same values," says Scot Scurlock, Vice President of Group Purchasing and Shared Services for AAHSA. "In recent years, many of our members have been attracted to smaller, more nimble companies, like Select Rehabilitation, with a proven track record of providing outstanding clinical care. Our members, which tend to have high expectations for their vendors, will welcome Select Rehabilitation's consistent, attentive, and competitively priced approach as a refreshing alternative from business as usual."
Anna Gardina Wolfe, President of Select Rehabilitation, states, "We are honored to be associated with such a highly regarded organization as AAHSA, and we're excited to work with and support many of the non-profit state associations as well. I believe AAHSA members that take part in the program will be extremely pleased with Select Rehabilitation's clinical outcomes, which has been a major factor in our company's success."
AAHSA members who contract with Select Rehabilitation will find the following benefits:
-- Select Rehabilitation maintains a flat corporate structure, with the company's owners reviewing on a daily basis, the utilization and operations of each and every client that the provider services.
-- Select Rehabilitation's dedicated therapy teams are directed by the organization's Regional Managers who oversee every aspect of therapy services on a daily basis.
-- Select Rehabilitation has one of most effective recruiting systems in the industry resulting in very few open positions, and maintains a very high retention rate with its employees.
-- Select Rehabilitation also offers its clients a number of value added services including screenings, meeting attendance, in-services, indemnification against denials and more.
-- Select Rehabilitation offers a pricing model that is competitively priced and provides predictable costs with a guaranteed profit margin.
-- Select Rehabilitation provides an electronic data feed for Medicare billing software, at no additional cost.
An Organization Worth Selecting
Independently owned and operated, Select Rehabilitation provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services with qualified licensed professionals in a variety of geriatric settings. Although the company was established 9 years ago, Select Rehabilitation has grown to service nearly 300 facilities in 18 states. Select Rehabilitation's rapid success is due in large part to referrals from clients impressed with the organization's ability to recruit and retain therapists, as well as its outstanding customer service.
