Version five of the BDA Practice Compendium will be launched at the 2007 British Dental Conference and Exhibition. The new edition, completely revised and redesigned into a new CD-Rom format, features a print-on-demand function that will allow practices to create customised documents quickly and simply from the more than 150 model contracts, policies, forms and letters.

Divided into six sections covering staffing issues, practice management, communications, business management, private practice and the NHS, the Compendium is colour coded to aid navigation and promote ease of use. Each of the six sections is broken down into sub-sections, to further aid navigation through the vast amount of information the product contains.

Tackling issues ranging from broadcasting licences to infection control, the BDA Practice Compendium version five is a unique distillation of up-to-date guidance on all aspects of practice management.

The compendium is available to BDA members for £157. Purchasers of version four can obtain the new version for just £99. It will be available from the BDA's stand at the 2007 British Dental Conference and Exhibition or from the BDA Shop. Telephone 020 7563 4555, email bdashop@bda.org or visit The BDA Shop for details.
